Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow an average of two additional business days for processing.
Custom order items will ship on the estimated date listed on the product description page. These items will be shipped via Premium Express once they become available.

Returns
ONLINE PURCHASES:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of new, intact and unused items, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, provided they are accompanied by an original receipt/invoice from RIVASRV .

Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items listed as final sale, at any time. All swimwear, underwear, altered, custom-made merchandise, footwear, and non-hygienic items for sale are considered final sales.

Returns can be made by mail.
The return period for online purchases is 14 days.
The return window begins on the day your item was made available for pickup.
Items must remain in their original condition with all tags attached and intact.
You can return only eligible items

ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Credit for your returned item(s) will be returned to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of the return process.

RETURN THIS ITEM

items by selecting “Return this item” in your RIVAS RV account in the order details, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a customer advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or available for download in your RIVAS RV account.

Option 1: by mail
To return or exchange by mail, follow these instructions:

  1. Fill in the required information on the packing slip included with your package OR sent by email
  2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the delivery note. Using the original box and shipping materials.
  3. Affix the prepaid return label
    with the prepaid address on your return package.
  4. For purchases made at RivasRv .com, please drop off your return package at any US Postal Service office, mailbox, residential drop box, or visit USPS.com to schedule a free pickup. Option 2: in the store (if you have a store nearby)
    Items purchased on RivasRv.com may be returned/exchanged at any RivasRv.com retail location in the United States. Or in other countries presenting receipt or proof of purchase
    Please note that store changes are subject to inventory availability at that store.
    The in-store return policy also applies to orders that were purchased online and picked up in a store.

    RETURN A GIFT
    Gifts may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store as long as the original gift receipt or delivery note is attached. To return or exchange by mail, call a customer service representative for a prepaid shipping label
