Purchases made by the customer will only be considered valid, once they have been processed by our computer system. In this situation, if this information is not valid, we do not undertake to make physical deliveries.

PHYSICAL CHANGES

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase and has not used or modified the garment, we can offer a change for other merchandise of different size, color or model of the same class and brand. To make any changes, the client may go to any of our Rivas RV physical stores with the item in its original packaging, keeping its label and the garment in good condition (intact) this garment will be reviewed by our professional staff to ensure that this in the same original state without damage and without any kind of use, presenting your ticket or purchase invoice, in a period not exceeding 30 days after the purchase.

In case of damage or use in this garment the customer will lose the right to change

The physical change is applied to the value of the promotion in effect on the day of the change. No refunds are made in cash or credit card, debit or store payments at convenience, transfers or bank deposits.

There are no changes in garments with tailor made and clearance items.

For hygiene reasons, we inform you that there are no changes in socks, underwear; in the case of changes in footwear, it will only proceed in the event that the defect is factory, within a maximum period of 7 days after purchase, with the understanding that the shoe must not show signs of use.

If the customer wants to change the product for an identical one (same code, model or style) only by size or color, this will not generate any additional payment in case
the physical stores are priced higher.

If the exchange is for a different product of the same class and style but of higher price, the customer will have to pay the difference at that time. If the item is lower priced, no money will be returned in any case.

“If the reason for change is attributable to Rivas RV, that is, if we send an erroneous or defective product, you must notify and report it within 24 hours. After receiving the product to the Customerservice@RivasRv.com email the reason for the return. If the product is in stock, we can gladly make the physical change; in case it is not available, we will send the product free of charge ”

If the product shows damage attributable to the customer, the change will not proceed.
