 WHERE DOES RIVAS RV ONLINE ACCEPT ORDERS?

 We can accept orders within the United States and around the world.  
with the exception of some countries that we are not authorized to facilitate any type of sale or trade

 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

 If you provided a valid email address during checkout, you will receive three emails after placing your order.  
The first confirms your order details.

  The second email is the order confirmation acknowledging that the payment has been verified and all the order information.  

Your third email notifies you that your order has been shipped and contains your RIVAS RV order tracking number.

 CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONLINE?

 Because we pride ourselves on processing your orders quickly and efficiently,

once your order has been confirmed we can no longer cancel or modify it.

 WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

 Orders placed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)

 business hours, they are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.  Once an order has been processed, the delivery time depends on the shipping chosen, the Region and the country

 HOW I CAN TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.  
If you are registered on our page, simply log in with your username and password and go directly to the Order History section.

  Or simply follow the link we’ll send you in your email address directly to the shipping site and enter your tracking number

NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

 HOW DO I MAKE A GIFT ORDER?

 When ordering, select “Is this a gift?”  during the purchase process. 
 Item price tags will be removed and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order.

  You can also include a short printable message on the gift receipt.

 CAN I BUY OR PAY A RIVAS RV GIFT CARD ONLINE?

 Yes. If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, please follow the links below. 
 Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card and PIN numbers during checkout.

 NOTE: If you choose to return any merchandise purchased with a gift card, the value of the merchandise will be credited to an eGift Card that will be sent to the email address on the order.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND RIVAS RV DOES NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?

 While we do our best to keep a large supply of our stock, we do occasionally run out of certain items. 
 Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and will see a revised total in your shipping confirmation email.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept backorders at this time.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RIVASRV PRODUCTS?

 To enjoy your new products, be sure to read the item label and follow the care instructions.  Here are some more tips to keep your articles looking their best.

 For dark jeans: Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the water when you first wash the jeans.  This helps set the dark dye in the fabric.  
Always wash jean inside out, zip up, to prevent excessive wear and delay fading.

 For ribbed fabrics: To maintain the original shape of a garment, wash it in cold water and dry it. 
 To shrink the item, wash in lukewarm water and hot air dry.

 For screen-printed items: Wash items inside out and lay flat or air dry.  Use fabric softener to keep clothes soft.

 For items decorated with rhinestones or glitter: Follow the same instructions for screen-printed items.

 HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RIVAS RV LEATHER PRODUCTS?

 Handle with care to prolong product life

 Its interior is made of precious leather or suede.

 Tanned using traditional methods to maintain its natural beauty and soft touch.

 -Do not leave your item exposed to strong sunlight, water, heat, chemicals or permanent dyes, for a long time.

 – Item dyed with intense colors May transfer color.

 Special care should be taken when using them with light colored garments.

 – In case your items get stained, clean the leather gently with a clean soft dry cloth if it is suede or other material, use a special brush for suede or other material

 – If you use protection and cleaning treatments for your item.

 We recommend using the product first by applying it to the sample.  Before

 use in your article

 – do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag

 – fill the bag with tissue paper to help keep its shape and absorb moisture and store in the flannel bag provided
